We will be giving each of our staff members a day at the spa in October. They will be receiving massages, manicures, and pedicures. We believe a happy employee is a good employee. Our employees are our business and they earn respect and rewards for their exceptional work.

We have Training quarterly to sharpen our staff’s skills. This is extremely important in team building.

Employee Spotlight

Carmen Omelda is one of our new employees. She is an amazing person because she told me in her interview that she is not working for the money but because she has dedicated her life to helping people. She calls it her missionary work. I found out later in the interview that Carmen worked in The Pentagon for Headquarters/Army Headquarters/Navy. She has been recognized numerous times for her achievements and also has been granted many awards for her work.
